Why We Built Sleepify Lab
It started with a simple, frustrating experience that millions of people share. Waking up exhausted despite spending eight hours in bed. Googling "why can't I sleep" at midnight and landing on generic listicles that told you to "try drinking chamomile tea." No depth. No science. No real answers.
We knew there was a better way. Sleep science has advanced enormously over the past two decades — we now understand circadian rhythms, sleep stages, the neuroscience of insomnia, and the profound links between rest and mental health, immunity, metabolism, and longevity. But almost none of that knowledge was making it to everyday readers in a form they could actually use.
